Tilting Board for Children

The tilt-table offers maximum support for a larger child who has very little trunk control to obtain and maintain a standing position. This enables the child to benefit from a standing position where other devices might not work. Transfers into this device are easier than the regular standing frame. The device functions by starting in a horizontal position, where the child is positioned and secured with straps, the table is then lifted into a vertical position. The tilt table has a gas spring mechanism that assists the carer in using the device. The standing position provides opportunity for a child to engage in activities.
